Cape Blanco Spoon-leaved Stonecrop has some of the most unusual foliage of any sedum, flat rosettes of tiny blue leaves are covered in a powdery white coating that gives the plant an almost ghostly, silvery appearance, with evergreen foliage that takes on red tints in cooler weather.
