Running Groundsel, Golden Groundsel

Running Groundsel is a fast-spreading Ontario-native groundcover perennial that colonises shaded and partly shaded areas with a carpet of semi-evergreen foliage, then produces cheerful bright yellow daisy flowers in spring, one of the earliest native perennials to bloom, making it an excellent choice for naturalising difficult shaded spots under trees.
