Wood's Sedge

This Ontario-native shade-tolerant sedge that forms a tidy is slowly spreading mound of narrow arching leaves, one of the few sedges adapted specifically to dry to average shade conditions, making it a valuable textural groundcover for difficult shaded spots beneath trees where little else thrives.
