Venice Masterwart

Venice Masterwort is a refined Astrantia selection with deep, richly coloured wine-red flowers, among the most intensely coloured of the readily available masterworts, with the distinctive pincushion flower structure.

• Deep wine-red pincushion flowers surrounded by papery bracts, rich and distinctive in colour
• More intensely coloured than the typical pale pink of the straight species
• Blooms from early to midsummer with possible rebloom in cooler conditions
• Tolerates partial shade, excellent for moist woodland borders and cottage gardens
