• White flat-topped flower clusters appear in early summer, followed by clusters of dark berries attractive to birds in late summer.
• Purple or deeply dissected foliage is ornamentally valuable throughout the growing season.
• Upright habit; cut back hard in early spring to encourage vigorous, well-coloured new growth.
• Best in full sun to partial shade with moist, well-drained soil.
