Cornus x Constellation® ('Rutcan')

This Kousa dogwood bears large flower bracts in early summer, two to three weeks after native dogwoods, on a graceful, horizontally branched tree with four-season ornamental interest including flowers, fruit, autumn colour, and exfoliating bark.

White, spaced petals (not overlapping), very showy flowers.
Sterile (producing no fruit), with resistance to diseases.
Drooping, glossy green leaves.
Fall colour of burgundy to red, and orange.
Upright clump of tiered, horizontal branches.
Commonly used for specimen.
Grows best in full sun to partial shade.
