Growing & Maintenance Tips
Prefers full sun with average to dry, well-drained soils. Do not plant in soils with potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant and peppers as they may have left behind soil-borne verticillium wilt. Plant boysenberries with the crown of the plant 5cm below the soil line. Fruits are produced on 2nd year canes.
Notes
The botanical name for Boysenberry has been updated from Boysenberry (Rubus ursinus x R. idaeus) to Rubus x loganobaccus 'Boysen'.
