Growing & Maintenance Tips
Peach trees grow best in all day sun, and may need thinning to reduce fruit count, to allow remaining fruits to reach full size. They are best grown in a slightly acidic, fertile, well-drained soil with consistent water. Many peach varieties are self-pollinating, but even the peaches that are listed as self-pollinating benefit from another variety nearby to increase production and fruit size.

The botanical name for August Rose Peach has been updated from Peach x 'August Rose™' to Prunus persica 'August Rose'.
